High-Fiber Oatmeal with Banana and Nuts Recipe

This oatmeal with banana and nuts recipe contains 3 main ingredients which are sources of high dietary fibers.  Oatmeal is low-fat and high in both calcium and fiber which is very beneficial for those with obesity, osteoporosis, diabetes, high cholesterol or constipation problems.  Both bananas and nuts are again high-fiber which helps to make this whole recipe really full of fibers.  For those who are looking for high-fiber recipes, this one is so simple to prepare and will meet your nutritional needs.
