Cancer-fighting Seaweed Miso Soup Recipe

Seaweeds has been traditionally used to treat cancer by the ancient Chinese and Egyptians.  So to enjoy a healthy cancer-free lifestyle, consume this cancer-fighting seaweed miso soup recipe which helps to keep cancer away.




2 cups distilled water

1 teaspoon toasted garlic

2 tablespoons seaweed such as kelp, cut into strips

1 tablespoon miso

1 piece soft tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 cup sprouts

Toasted garlic for garnishing

1 small stalk spring onions, chopped

1 small stalk coriander, chopped


  1. Place water, toasted garlic, seaweed and miso into a saucepan and bring to boil.  Lower heat and simmer until seaweed is tender.

  2. Add tofu and bring to boil again then remove from heat.

  3. Add the sprouts into the soup and quickly cover the saucepan.

  4. When ready to serve, add toasted garlic, spring onions and coriander into the soup and serve hot.
