Cancer-fighting Fruity Oats Recipe

A dish full of fruits and oats is an excellent choice for cancer patients as these are all cancer-fighting ingredients.  This healthy delicious cancer-fighting fruity oats recipe is quick to prepare and can be whipped up in no time at all for breakfast.

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups distilled water

1/2 apple, peeled, core and seeds removed and cut into bite-size cubes

1/2 sweet orange, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes

1 slice papaya, skin and seeds removed and cut into bite-size cubes

1 slice pineapple, skin and cut into bite-sized cubes

1 banana, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes

Sunflower seeds

Chopped almonds

 

Method

  1. Place rolled oats and water into a stainless steel or glass pot and bring to boil.  Use only rolled oats and not instant oats and do not add milk, sugar or salt.

  2. Place all the fruits into a salad bowl.

  3. Serve the fruits with cooked oats and toppings which are sunflower seeds and almonds.

Note:  Fruits can be substituted with any other desired fruits of your choice.
