Gluten-free All Purpose Flour Mix Recipe

These gluten-free all purpose flour mix recipes are gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free and seafood free.

 

Ingredients

540 grams white rice flour
180 grams potato starch
90 grams tapioca starch

Method

  1. Just simply mix all ingredients in a container and store in either pantry or fridge for use whenever needed.  This all purpose flour mix can be used for baking, gravies and thickening sauces. 

  2. If it is intended for baking purposes, add xanthan gum, teaspoon for each cup of flour.
